Banana - Caramel Dessert



Ingredients:


  •       Bananas - 2 pcs
  •       caramel topping
  •       whipped cream


cream:


  •       Sugar - 2/3 cups
  •       Starch (Solamyl or golden spike) - ¼ cup
  •       Salt - ½ tsp
  •       Milk - 3 cups
  •       Eggs - 2 pcs
  •       Butter - 2 tablespoons
  •       Vanilla extract - 1 tbsp
  •       crackers (buttery) - 10
  •       Butter - 70 g
  •       Sugar - 1 tbsp



  1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with a fork .
  2. Add sugar, starch, a pinch of salt and a little milk. Remaining milk bring to a boil. Stirring constantly, slowly pour the egg mixture into the boiling pudding.
  3. While its hot stir in butter and vanilla.
  4. Stirring occasionally let cool slightly. Then we put our delicacy properly covered with foil to cool in the fridge.
  5. In a blender Blend to coarse crumbs cookies.
  6. Whips cream and can be layered according to their own imagination.

for example:
First layer of biscuits.
Second cream
3rd bananas on Lap
4th whipped cream
5th re cream
6th top and garnish with whipped topping and a bit of crumbs.
Of course imagination has no limits ....
